We are a Filipino and Veteran owned hot sauce company. You won’t find challenge sauces here! (Unless you think black pepper is spicy!). We wanted to create a sauce that had delicious flavors and enjoyable heat while showcasing the flavor of the pepper, rather than spewing hot fire. We source our peppers from local farmers (flat tack farms, Bautista farms, and Westwind Garden).

The product process
Every ingredient is inspected before being chopped up and thrown into the pot. While the sauce is cooking we will sterilize the bottles and put on the labels. By the time we are done with those, it’ll be time to blend everything up! Once blended and is brought up to temperature, we start filling up the bottles, capping, and putting them back into the boxes.
