The market is free to attend! For those wishing to participate in the ale festival portion and purchase adult beverages, tickets are required.

Event Sessions:

  • Saturday (All Ages): 12–4 PM

  • Saturday (Adult Session 21+): 5–9 PM

  • Sunday (All Ages): 12–5 PM

We’re thrilled to announce that ilani and 360 Marketing & Events, in association with Pop-Local, are hosting the 3rd Annual ilani Holiday Crafts & Ale Festival happening Saturday-Sunday, November 15 & 16th. The event will take place entirely indoors in the Cowlitz Ballroom and the expanded junior ballroom.

Join us as we celebrate the craftsmanship and creativity of our local artisans and makers. Get ready to be captivated by unique, handcrafted treasures that make for perfect holiday gifts. From intricately designed jewelry to beautifully designed cutting boards and Pacific Northwest-inspired apparel, each product tells a unique story and embodies the spirit of the holidays. This is your opportunity to meet the talented individuals behind these one-of-a-kind creations, adding a meaningful touch to your holiday shopping. Come join us in showing support for our local community and make this holiday season special with gifts from our very own neighborhood.

To apply, follow the form provided below to submit your brand and product information for our consideration. Please be aware that due to the high number of applicants, we will reach out to you exclusively via email ONLY if your application is accepted, providing further guidance on how to register your vendor booth. This application link will remain active as long as we have available vendor spots. ** Please refrain from calling Pop-Local's store phone number regarding event organization, as our store staff are not involved in the planning of the event.

** First round of registration forms will go out by Friday, October 10th

To complete the form, please include your contact information, a short description of your business and product offering, and any relevant web links (social media links are highly encouraged). It's important to note that we prioritize local small businesses within the immediate region that produce their own goods (we do not accept direct-sales companies). Our team evaluates applications taking into account various aspects including your company's location, brand narrative, overall brand presence, manufacturing and sourcing of supplies. We will contact you via email only if you are accepted.

For this event, the cost to be a craft vendor ranges from $325 to $475+, depending on the size of the booth and if you need additional space. This covers all days of participation. Vendors must attend all event sessions to participate. Further details will be shared with accepted vendors upon confirmation. Closer to the event date, accepted vendors will receive booth assignments, maps, and complete setup instructions.
