Ever since I was a kid I’ve been fascinated by the alchemy of the coffee roasting and extraction processes. My passion drove me to research in areas of botany, horticulture, chemistry and even engineering, as I co-developed the first Cryogenic Nitrogentor™. This engineering marvel allows me to preserve the freshness of coffee by cryogenically freezing the beans shortly after roasting, extracting the oxygen and sealing them in nitrogen pressurized, specially-treated, recyclable aluminum cans. Current offerings include CBD infused, Tequila Chile Mocha and Jack'D Single Barrel Bourbon.

Product Process
We source the finest coffee beans from around the world and roast them at our facility in Portland (I currently live in Vancouver). Using our proprietary CryoCraft(tm) process we are able to prevent coffee from going stale and can be stored like fine wines for years (now tested for 3 years without any loss of freshness, crema, bloom or taste). We also offer creative branding solutions such as our Sasssquat(tm) Coffee (a novel alternative to Kopi Luwak) and several styles of stickers, clothing, grinders and other merchandise.
