Veronica Palazzo
Ever since I was a kid I’ve been fascinated by the alchemy of the coffee roasting and extraction processes. My passion drove me to research in areas of botany, horticulture, chemistry and even engineering, as I co-developed the first Cryogenic Nitrogentor™. This engineering marvel allows me to preserve the freshness of coffee by cryogenically freezing the beans shortly after roasting, extracting the oxygen and sealing them in nitrogen pressurized, specially-treated, recyclable aluminum cans. Current offerings include CBD infused, Tequila Chile Mocha and Jack'D Single Barrel Bourbon.

In 2020, I purchased the company from the founder and continue to make this amazing nut butter. Currently, our company is re-launching our brand with an updated logo, and a glass container. Our logo is more up-to-date and our new container is larger, recyclable and reusable. During Covid, we sold our product in the Vancouver Mall with Amilkar Food and had success as their 2nd best selling product. We are having great success at the farmer's markets: PSU, Beaverton, Vancouver, Camas, and Lake Oswego. You can also, find us in Chuck's Produce, New Seasons Fisher's Landing and Raleigh Hills, Camas Produce, and about six others in Portland, Bend, and Canby.
