Vendor Application & Info
This is a curated market, and not all applicants will be accepted. Due to the volume of applications, only selected vendors will be contacted via email with next steps.
Accepted Vendors will be notified by Friday, August 28th
Booth Info
We’re looking for a mix of local makers, artists, PNW brands, packaged goods + other unique independent businesses to join us for the weekend. Bluegrass event-themed goods are encouraged! Vendor spaces are limited to just 10–14 spots, and vendors will be selected to create a diverse, well-rounded market.
Vending Hours & Times:
Sept 12: Sat 12pm–6:30pm
Sept 13: Sun 12pm–6pm
Booth Cost: $150 (includes both days)
Booth Info:
10' x 10' outdoor booth space
Vendors are responsible for their full booth setup, including tents/canopies, required weights/stakes, tables, displays, and any other necessary equipment.
Located at Waterfront Park: 695 Waterfront Way, Vancouver, WA
Booth placements will be assigned prior to the event. Additional details, including the vendor map, setup instructions, and tear-down information, will be emailed to accepted vendors once finalized.
If accepted, vendors will receive an email with a payment link to register and finalize their booth space.
