Our most cherished memories are of cooking and sharing delicious food with our family and friends. So, in the unprecedented year that is 2020, we decided to open our kitchen to the world.Fish and Dragon Foods symbolizes the union of our families’ Western and Eastern cultures.
We aim to make products that can sit at any table and be shared and enjoyed by everyone.We make every jar of Crispy Chilies, Crunchy Bits by hand in small batches. You won’t find warehouses full of inventory or products sitting on shelves for weeks on end. Instead, you’ll get fresh jars pridefully prepared by us and worth every spoonful.

Product Process

Each ingredient in Crispy Chilies, Crunchy Bits is processed by hand to inspect for quality by our crack family team and are prepared locally here in Vancouver. The first thing you will recognize is that our product is made with fresh shallots and garlic, not the dry stuff you find in many brands that can leave you pondering what exactly it is you’re eating. Depending on the spice level you prefer, you can choose from a mild guajillo and puya blend, or the spicy chile de arbol and japones.

Finally, an umami packed blend of spices and crunchy peanuts jump in the pool of peanut oil with everyone else. A mix of things that are wonderful on their own are crispified, crunchified, and unified in each jar. Tasting it is the only logical conclusion.
