We’re thrilled to announce that ilani and 360 Marketing & Events, in association with Pop-Local, are hosting the 4th Annual ilani Holiday Crafts & Ale Festival happening November 14 & 15th. The event will take place entirely indoors in the Cowlitz Ballroom and the expanded junior ballroom.

Join us as we celebrate the craftsmanship and creativity of our local artisans and makers. Get ready to be captivated by unique, handcrafted treasures that make for perfect holiday gifts. From intricately designed jewelry to beautifully designed cutting boards and Pacific Northwest-inspired apparel, each product tells a unique story and embodies the spirit of the holidays. This is your opportunity to meet the talented individuals behind these one-of-a-kind creations, adding a meaningful touch to your holiday shopping. Come join us in showing support for our local community and make this holiday season special with gifts from our very own neighborhood. 

Indulge in a wide array of holiday-inspired ales from some of the best breweries in southwest Washington and the Pacific Northwest!  From rich and spiced winter warmers to hoppy and refreshing brews, there is something for every beer palate!

 

The market is free to attend!

For those wishing to participate in the ale festival portion and purchase adult beverages, tickets are required.

To apply, please complete the application form below and submit your business and product information for consideration.

Due to the high volume of applications received, only accepted vendors will be contacted exclusively via email with further details and registration instructions. This application page will remain active and updated with any event announcements, including waitlist or sold out status updates.

*Please note: Pop-Local retail staff are not involved in the planning or management of this event. We kindly ask that you refrain from calling the Pop-Local store regarding vendor application status or event logistics.

Due to the nature of this event and casino operating procedures, vendor selections and final event details are typically not finalized until October. Applications should include a clear overview of your business, products, and brand presence, including relevant website and social media links. Please note that priority is given to local and regional small businesses that create or design their own products. Direct-sales and MLM companies are not accepted for our craft exhibitors. Applications are reviewed based on overall brand fit, product originality, presentation and sourcing practices.

For this event, craft/ lifestyle vendor booth pricing typically starts around $350+ depending on booth size and any requested additional space. Pricing covers participation for the full duration of the event. Vendors are required to attend all scheduled event sessions.
