1st Annual ilani Holiday Crafts & Ale festival // November 10th-11th

We are thrilled to announce that the ilani and 360 Marketing & Events, in collaboration with Pop-Local and Night Market Vancouver, are excited to be putting on the 1st Annual ilani Holiday Crafts & Ale festival taking place on November 10th-11th. The event will be hosted November 10 & 11 indoors inside the Cowlitz Ballroom at ilani.

Kick-start your holiday season and join us as we celebrate the craftsmanship and creativity of our local artisans and makers! Indulge in a wide array of holiday-inspired ales from some of the best breweries in southwest Washington and the Pacific Northwest!  From rich and spiced winter warmers to hoppy and refreshing brews, there is something for every beer palate! Enjoy holiday-inspired spirits, wines, cocktails, delectable food, festive activities, live music, and shop from a large array of local makers!  Have a visit with Santa, experience ilani’s spectacular tree lighting ceremony, pet some live Alpacas dressed up as reindeer, and enjoy a fashion show from Clark County’s favorite store, Re-Tails to benefit the Humane Society for Southwest Washington!

To apply, follow the form provided below to submit your brand and product information for our consideration. Please be aware that due to the high number of applicants, we will reach out to you exclusively via email ONLY if your application is accepted, providing further guidance on how to register your vendor booth. This application link will remain active as long as we have available vendor spots.

To complete the form, please include your contact information, a short description of your business and product offering, and any relevant web links (social media links are highly encouraged). It's important to note that we prioritize local small businesses within the immediate region that produce their own goods (we do not accept direct-sales companies). Our team evaluates applications taking into account various aspects including your company's location, brand narrative, overall brand presence, manufacturing and sourcing of supplies. We will contact you via email only if you are accepted.

For this event, the cost to be a craft vendor ranges from $100 to $250+, depending on the size of the booth and if you need additional space. This covered both days of participation. Further details will be shared with accepted vendors upon confirmation. Closer to the event date, accepted vendors will receive booth assignments, maps, and complete setup instructions.

Event Sessions

  • Friday, November 10th -  6pm – 10pm  (family friendly / tree lighting)

  • Saturday, November 11th - Day Session 12pm-4pm  (family friendly)

  • Saturday , November 11th - Night Session – 5pm-9pm (21 & over)
