Upon submitting your application, be sure to email us (onboarding@poplocalvancouver.com) with photos of all the products you’d like Pop-Local to consider carrying in store along with suggested MSRP. Be sure to note ‘Vendor Application: Your Business Name’ in the subject line.
Due to the high number of submissions we receive, our team will contact you via email ONLY if your brand and products are a good fit. Further vendor information and a detailed onboarding packet will be sent out via email upon acceptance. Pop-Local reserves the right to refuse products at any time.

HOW IT WORKS
+ Brands featured in our store collective typically operate on a solely consignment model (payouts are made to vendors on a monthly basis after items are sold). Typical consignment share is a 50/50 split between the vendor and Pop-Local (net of any discounts up to 10% and before sales tax). Upon brand acceptance, further details will be disclosed and our team will work with you to determine the best plan for your specific product selection.
+Wholesale Consideration: Pop-Local has a very limited budget for wholesale products. If you would like to be considered, please email us directly with ‘wholesale consideration’ in the subject line. Include your wholesale line sheet and purchasing terms along with your application when emailing our team at onboarding@plocalvancouver.com .

Things To Know Before Applying

+ Pop-Local’s store front is open 6 days a week, located at the Vancouver, WA Waterfront in the RiverWest Building at 111 Grant Street.
+ Accepted vendors are NOT present — our staff handle all the marketing, in-store merchandising and sales of your products! All we require of you as a participating brand is for you to drop off your inventory.
+ We tend to gravitate towards products with a more modern/contemporary style, but are also open to seeing work of other styles.
+ We do not accept products from direct-sales companies as our mission as a company is to support local, handmade products and/or small batch manufactured items original to the applying vendor/brand.
+ Participating vendors/brands must have an active business license

+ Wholesale Consideration: Pop-Local has a very limited budget for wholesale products. If you would like to be considered, please be sure to include your wholesale line sheet and purchasing terms along with your application when emailing our team at poplocalvancouver@gmail.com
+ If your brand and collection are accepted to be in our store, we generally start with 10 curated line items to showcase your brand at Pop-Local. We do not have a designated space "size" for your product collection as our products vary greatly in size, retail pricing, and tend to rotate around within the store. Product displays are welcome to be submitted for consideration, but not guaranteed to be used. Pop-Local takes pride in creating our own uniform brand look and feel to ensure a delightful shopping experience for our customers.
+ Inventory: Accepted applicants are expected to be able to keep up with stock demands and will be subject to being removed if unable to do so.
+ Product submissions are curated by product quality, originality, brand professionalism, story, presence, retail price point, category availability, and overall fit into our store’s collection.
+ We regularly evaluate all our product offerings based on customer feedback and sales. Product collections are updated often and we will work with you to assure your product collection is fresh for each season.
